Mike's Assistant and General Administrative Assistant

What I do at Scum:
Help Mike in any way that I can, maintain the donor database, financial data entry, take meeting minutes and assist in event planning.

Why I follow Jesus:
I follow Jesus because he loves me so well, he is awesome and, even though I don't deserve it, he shows me over and over again how gracious and amazing his plans are for me and the rest of his body.

Why I work at Scum:
It was an amazing opportunity with perfect timing. I get to work 12 hours a week with awesome people, administratively serve the staff so that, hopefully, their jobs can be a little easier, and make my own schedule so that I can spend time with my son!

Favorite books:
The Living, Memoirs of a Geisha, The Glass Castle, The Secret Life of Bees. Nerd Alert: I was a Literature Major and I love picking apart books and poetry.

Favorite Movies:
My Big Fat Greek Wedding [ I really am not writing this to kiss up to Mike, I just wish I was Greek], Elf, Wayne's World 1 and 2, Silence of the Lambs, Lord of the Rings, Uncle Buck and any blomedy [black comedy] watched with my sister.

Favorite Music:
Janelle Monae, Santogold, Tegan and Sara, The Dirty Projectors, Cee Lo, anything hip hop from the late 90s and early 2000s that takes me back to my high school and college days.
