open my eyes that i may see wonderful things in your law.

What is it about God's law that so consumed the writers of the psalms?
They knew that it is the prescription to cure a meaningless existence.
God's words have the power to transmit life! Jesus said that you could
distill the law down to two things:
loving God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your
mind,
and loving others as you love yourself.
Meditate upon these verses. Substitute what Jesus said were the greatest
commandments wherever the words "law," or "precepts," or "commandments"
appear.
May God grant you insight and understanding.
